Layout notes

Ted Stevens Anchorage International (PANC), Class C, a major trans-Pacific cargo hub, from the FAA airport diagram AL-1500 (cycle 2611). Runways: 7R/25L (12,400 x 200), 7L/25R (10,600 x 150) — parallel east-west — and 15/33 (10,865 x 200) north of them; the 33 end sits just north of taxiway K. Taxiway K is the north parallel of 7L/25R from J (west end) to A (25R end). Connectors: J onto 7R (west of the 7L threshold); H crosses 7L (H7LN/H7LS) and 7R (H7RN/H7RS) at the 7L end; R crosses 7L and 7R (R7LN/R7LS, R7RN/R7RS) to Z/Z1 and the FBOs; E crosses both (E7LN/E7LS, E7RN/E7RS); D crosses 7L and joins 7R; C crosses 7L and joins 7R at the 25L end; B onto 7L; A at the 25R end. Along 15/33: Y is the west parallel, R the east parallel; Q at the 15 end; S, T, U and M cross 15/33 (SW/SE, TW/TE, UW/UE, MW/ME); W and L join it; Y joins at the 33 end. V runs from R to the North Terminal; E runs along the terminals to K; G1/G connects V to K (hot spot HS1). HS2 is the R/G/E area south of 7L/7R. Typical east flow: land 7L/7R, depart 7R and 33. Anchorage Tower 118.3, Ground 121.9, Clearance 119.4, D-ATIS 135.5.
